2. Product Information

We strive to provide accurate descriptions of our FRP pots, accessories and related products  including color, size, and specifications. However, we cannot guarantee that all product details are error-free. Variations may occur due to manufacturing processes and screen resolutions.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in INR and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include shipping, taxes, or any additional fees unless stated otherwise.

4. Order Confirmation

Upon placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation of your purchase. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the order; we reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders for any reason.

5. Payment Terms

Payment must be made at the time of order placement via accepted payment methods. All transactions are processed securely.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to ship orders within 3 weeks after confirmation. Delivery times may vary based on location and other factors. We are not liable for delays due to shipping carrier issues.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns and replacements are available for selected products only. Please review the product description to determine if your item qualifies.

  • Warranty Period: Our FRP pots come with a 6 months warranty covering defects in material and workmanship. This warranty does not apply to products that are marked as having no warranty.
  • Return Conditions: To be eligible for a return on applicable products, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt. Returns must be initiated within 10 days of receipt.
  • Process: If you believe your product is eligible for a return or replacement, please contact our customer service team for further instructions.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Shipping fees are non-refundable, and any costs incurred during the return process will be the responsibility of the customer.

8. Warranty

Our FRP pots come with a limited warranty covering defects in material and workmanship for 6 months. The warranty does not cover damage due to improper handling, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.

9. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and for complying with local regulations regarding the use of our products. We are not liable for issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information.

10. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim arising out of the sale of our products is limited to the purchase price of the products in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of the site signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.
